I'm not sure what that means.. it's not stiff or starchy feeling. it's light weight, flowy, kinda silky feeling??? the pictures I just posted are of my own personal set (easier to walk in my closet than to the stock room hehe) but I have worn & washed this (by machine) many times and still love it!

karly35 @missmagee You are very fun girl!!!. I usually wear medium but My hips don’t lie 😜. If stretchy it will be fine but I don’t like to wear tight clothing even worse with humidity. What would you think I should purchase base on your experience.

missmagee @karly35 lol I'm with ya, can't do tight clothing, especially across my stomach or waist. it sounds like you'll look way better in this than me 🤣 the real model in the 1st picture has hips & a waist and a top and she looks pretty sexy, cool & comfortable 😁 the waist is very stretchy and I think the medium would fit you fine but I'll pull it in the morning & get you measurements of laying flat & with it stretched a little to a comfortable point. 😊

missmagee @karly35 lol TY but looking like a thin boy, isn't any fun! 🤣 I finally got a few minutes to get the measurements. the waist, laying flat, is 13" across on the medium and stretches to 23" across. the waist is very forgiving, so those hips aren't saying a word 😘 Hope that helps 😁 please let me know if you have any other questions 🤪

missmagee @karly35 I'm 5'2" on a good day lol but I were high heel shoes with this and yes there is a half belt that ties in the front. (meaning the belt begins on the sides, it doesn't go all the way around) hope that makes sense??? 😇😁
