houndstooth @aligirl1213 Oh, no! You concentrate on your sweet puppy & I’ll keep sharing for you! Please don’t even think about returning shares. I get upset when my “puppy” (17 months old) gets a tiny mark on her. Saying a prayer that your fur baby heals quickly & completely. 😘😘😘

houndstooth @aligirl1213 And - just so you know...the National Championship win is definitely a sign of a wonderful year for all of us! Your’s just got off to a rough start. It will only get better from here! I keep telling myself that, anyway. I had my first disappointing/upsetting experience with one of my buyers today & was so upset. But nothing compared to your sweet puppy being hurt! 😢😢😢

aligirl1213 @houndstooth Thank you!! Idk what happened. He was out with his mama & his cousin playing & I heard him yelping. I was in bed not feeling good and jumped out the bed bout killing myself. I took him to a vet close to the house & she just gave him a shot. Today he wasn’t any better so I took him to a different one. He examined him and said it was broken w/o an X-ray. I was so upset that he suffered all night because of the 1st Dr’s incompetence!! Horrible!!

aligirl1213 @houndstooth I sure hope so!! I’m so sorry you had a bad experience!! What happened?? I couldn’t possibly think why someone would give you a hard time. All of your stuff is so nice and you’re such a sweetheart, so it surely couldn’t be a CS issue.

houndstooth @aligirl1213 Something I shouldn’t worry about but can’t help it. I got my first non-perfect rating. Buyer ordered exactly one month ago & gave it a 4 star rating today. They did not state any problems with the order. I shipped same day, took great pains wrapping it, careful packaging, hand written note, thank you gift, etc. The only thing I can think of was that the gift box it came in showed some wear, but I specifically stated that in the listing. Out of characters ⬇️

houndstooth The item itself (a MK purse charm) was pristine & perfect. I’ve made 62 sales since I started selling & know that too many less than perfect this early on can affect my stats. I’m surprised at how upset I am because it isn’t a horrible rating. Am I being too over sensitive? Over reacting? Was upset at first. Now am just annoyed! 😠

aligirl1213 @houndstooth I understand! I got 1 and was really upset too!! Some people are just inconsiderate!! Mine was the same way - 4 stars no explanation. I've thought long and hard and honestly don't think that it is going to affect stats since its only 1 and it's not "technically" a complaint since there's nothing negative stated. I was going to ask the person what was wrong but decided against it. I know it stinks but try not to let it bother you!! YOU know that you went above & beyond. ⬇

houndstooth @aligirl1213 So true! I don’t expect any address changes for the Saban’s! I don’t think it’s just because of Ms. Terry, either. His granddaughter and pride & joy lives in Birmingham and I can’t imagine either of them moving far away from her. They both adore her and he turns to mush just talking about her. I love it! 💞

aligirl1213 @houndstooth No there's not!! It's the same as if you or I were to have a broken leg! But there are incompetent human Dr's too. He is hilarious! He plays hard with the big dogs and is fearless! He goes WIDE open and the crashes out! He's like a cross between a gremlin and Chucky when his playing. I'll hold him like a baby and he'll be so sweet & then just spaz out. He cracks me up!! His so chubby. His only 2 1/2 most & weighs 20lbs!
