lips1 Well to me the taxes are equivalent to where I lived in New Jersey so it hasn’t affected me i’m assuming you mean you have a storefront and you’re getting hit with a lot of costs? In my closet there’s just a lot of new stuff of perfect quality but from my home😃 Yes it is hard to sell things on these sites I got lucky one day I posted something in within an hour it was sold good karma

lips1 Oh so you’re in land I didn’t know that was LA County. I know it’s so cool I moved here to get my broken back better and I’m not bedridden 24 seven anymore just half the time so it’s working😃😃 and it’s a 1520 minute drive to so many beaches it so easy because the driving hurt me& in New Jersey I couldn’t drive two hours plus in traffic to get to the beach past two years. Happy here🌴🌴🌴🏖🏖🏖 you just go a town or so in land from the beaches and it cost you less to rent/buy😃

lips1 My father wanted me to get an apartment by him first their 30% smaller and summer really not revamped since the 60s and being that they live 10 minutes away from New York City it actually cost more than my place here. It’s like anywhere else it’s where you live location location❗️

januarysummer @lips1 NYC is expensive. Yes, I can see that it’s more than here in CA. I don’t know how people do it. I wanted to live in NYC, but never made it, sadly. I wanted to experience living there for at least as few years. Everyone said it’s very expensive though and would need an extremely well paying job in order to enjoy some fun without stressing.

lips1 Well considering I was completely bedridden for 15 months in New Jersey on average on 30% better in the past seven weeks I got to California😃😃 that’s amazing my New Jersey doctor and I didn’t think I would have recuperation until the spring although I had a stop unpacking so my place looks like a Sht storm. I hate the clutter but my health comes first💜
