COLORFUL BLACK STRAW VINTAGE HAT + OPEN BRIM DESIGN + FABRIC FLOWERS & BUTTERFLY

This is a remarkable vintage hat, sure to make a statemnent! The crown is tall and indented at the top, and is surrounded by a spectacular open design brim resembling a wheel, as shown in the photos. Additionally, there are red fabric flowers and green stems, and a gorgeous "butterfly" made with vivid yellow and blue feathers. The last touch are 2 tall black feathers. This is a rare beauty!
