It is sheer and includes the matching camisole underneath (shown in photos). Both shell & camisole are 100% Polyester. Measures approx. 25.5 in. across chest, 16.5 inches from shoulder to end of elbow-length sleeve and 26.5 in. from shoulder to bottom of hem.
