Wrap skirt from Coldwater Creek. Black with eye catching white design border and fringe along the bottom hem. Darted waist and hidden button closures on both sides of the waist. Measures 13 1/2” across the waist, 19” across the hips, 31” in length with an additional 3” of fringe. 100% rayon. A great wardrobe staple, with boots or heels. Goes well with so many colors!
