This jacket is a light rain slicker with pockets. The outer shell has a reflective design in the material to help you be seen by drivers if you're taking an evening walk. The fabric on the inside is soft and cozy. There is an adjustable band around the waist so that you can tighten or loosen the jacket and a snap closure on sleeves.
