this looks a little small for 2x. does it run small? could a 1x get away with wearing it?

@pepepizzazz Hi! Thanks for visiting my closet!🥰🥰. The size says XXL(20). I think of 20 as 1X but sizes vary. I was closer to a 1X when I bought it. Wore it one evening at the beach and it is CUTE! So yes I think it would definitely work for a 1X. If you need to know anything else, let me know. 🥰

@gems_m Hi there! I thought it was on the smaller end of 2X. I can’t wear that size any more so I can’t take a picture to show you. I measured it and pit to pit is approximately 22”. It drapes down from the smocking so it’s impossible to say absolutely. The length is about 21” from smocking to hem. Hope this helps!
