Adorable and brilliantly colored tunic. It’s hard to describe; a tank top underlay with a matching flowy overlay from an empire waist. Waist ties so it is somewhat adjustable. Intentional distress around the top of waistband (see photos). Shoulder to hem of underlay: 26” Shoulder to hem of overlay: 30”
