Good vintage condition! The leather has a nice patina and is buttery soft. Inside and all pockets are clean! I believe this color is Putty (The color putty changed over the years with lighter and darker shades). This bag has a random registration number, which means is was made before 1994. The XXX-XXX format was used in the early 90's.
