Reposhing this item I purchased from @michelemjackson. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
I did notice that when I received it there is visible wear on the hardware that attached the straps to the bag as well as a moderate amount of wear on a few of the corners, and some small pen marks. I will post a few up close pics of those soon. If I forget please remind me in the comments.

Hello! Can you perhaps post a picture of the handles and tell us what the dimensions of the bag are? I’ve noticed there is a very large version of the Phoebe bag and a smaller version and I have accidentally bought the wrong size a couple of times
