Original hang tag is included and adjustable shoulder straps. Brown interior is absolutely spotless, includes Coach storypatch, two slip pockets and a large zipper pocket. All zippers are in working condition. Handles have very minor cracking on patent grips. Minor rubbing color transfer near external bottom seam. This bag is gorgeous and unique all at the same time.
