This Coach bag is pre-owned and is in very good condition. This Coach Hampton Signature Black Satchel handbag does have a tassel, which is seen on most bags like this one, but it is inside the bag. This bag has dual handles which make for easy carrying. This bag does not come with a shoulder strap but it does have a duster bag. It also has a zippered opening and there is also a zippered area on the inside as well as two side pockets on the opposite side of the inside area.
