@a___c This bag is a vintage bag that is new with tags. Never been used. I bought it from another seller so no I cannot tell you how it got a little bit of scratch marks, it probably was not stored correctly and no, it doesn't have its dust bag, but i give a generic satin type dustbag with my higher end bags like this. The scratches are barely noticeable, this bag is a Beauty!
