erinnackard @annmargaret1213 hi! I just updated the description to include a few more details. The actual color is called "rosewood" and I would say that is very accurate. The photos that were taken of the actual dress at my house are showing up very true to color (at least on my computer screen) - even more true to color than the model photos. It's a really soft/muted rosey-red color, so I wouldn't call it a "true red." I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions x
