C/MEO Collective Come Across Short Puff Sleeve Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @denversam. I LOVE this dress, but never got a chance to wear it. Now it's a bit too tight. So I'm just including the old photos of it. It is so adorable with the sleeves! I consider it a tight small through the hips, doesn't have stretch, very flattering. I wear a 26/27 jean and it was tight on my hips and butt, hence reposhing.
