New w/ tags! BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED strapless dress from Bloomingdale’s. Navy-ish gray with silvery light gray stripes. Structured bust and waist for an exquisite silhouette. IMO, I think the weight of fabric makes it perfect for a formal winter occasion. Has pockets!! + Interior rubber strip line to prevent strapless top from slipping.
