It’s the prettiest blue. Shorter in the front. It has a cool cinch in the back to tighten it up. One of the buttons has a chip but there’s a replacement inside. Underarm to underarm is approximately 41” (20.5 x 2). Neck to front bottom hem is approximately 31.5”. Neck to back bottom hem is approximately 37”. I have a difficult time capturing colors. Please ask questions.
