Boston Proper beaded wrap/top in hot pink. Functional drawstring allows flexibility with fit. Waist drawstring is the only closure, so would need something underneath. Beautiful sheer hot pink material. Beading, embroidery, rhinestones and sequins are in great condition with only a couple flaws noticed (see last pic for one). Size small.
