CLOSING 2/15 Bandana Patchwork Skirt sz 2x

So cute! I love the patchwork design in red and blue. Hem flares with a cute ruffle. Woven fabric, so no stretch. Back zipper closure. Never worn, just stored in a dresser...until now! I think I bought it from ModCloth a few years ago. 100% cotton. Waist: 20” Length: 19” All items are washed, dried and sealed in a bag right away. Item may smell of smoke, but one wash will usually remedy that. Thanks!
