CLOSET INSIGHTS FOR PRE-OWNED ITEMS (PLEASE READ)

Hey Everyone! Thank you for your interest in my closet! Your interest and your business are greatly appreciated! I just wanted to touch base on a few topics, if you would please take the time to read this! Firstly, the majority of the items I sell are pre-owned. If they are NWT, they will be marked NWT. If they are pre-owned items, please expect that they will have at least some minor wash-wear or flaws! I try to point out every flaw that I see and note it in my listings! With that being said, I am only human! I may not catch every flaw! If, for whatever reason, I do not catch a flaw, PLEASE message me BEFORE leaving a bad review, so that I can have the opportunity to make it right! I pride myself on being an honest and trusted seller! If any of the items you receive have any flaws, I did NOT send it that way intentionally! When things like this happen, I will offer multiple solutions, and if you decide not to take any of my offers, please note in your review that I at least TRIED to make it right! I will NEVER sell you anything, intentionally, that is flawed, unless I have noted the flaws and you are aware of them! If the items are flawed, and I have noted the flaws, I will offer that item at a VERY discounted price!
