kchristine333 @brookiecookieg Hi! Lying flat, the shorts measure approx 13” (26” total waist), but they can stretch up to approx 22” lying flat!!! Which is an insane amount of stretch lol.

kchristine333 @brookiecookieg if it helps for reference, I wear a size 12 in pants and was able to get them on so the waist stretch is great. Of course they didn’t fit me in the butt as a size 12 lol but would definitely fit someone smaller.
