Gently used. Carried less than 6 times. Purchased with a slight scuff mark located on the back of there bag. Check pics closely. Mark is located by my index finger. Original dust bag included. Measures 12 inches was across and 9.5 inches in height. Handle straps measure 6 inches from top and long strap measures 21 inches attached to bag.
