annielv19 Hi there thank you so much your purchase of the UGG boots, before I ship out all items, I double check everything and clean it real well. I found a little spot on one of the boots, it’s not super noticeable unless you look closely and I will post a photo of it.... so I want to know what you would like to do about it? We can cancel the order and I can take another $10 off, you can pick a free item from my closet $15 or under or you we can just cancel!!
