CJ Banks Layered black and white top

Very unique and elegant shirt, the top layer is connected and hangs slightly lower towards the center for slimming effect there is a band at the waist but there is no elastic there. square neckline 3/4 length sleeves the top drapes like a scarf would be very forgiving if trying to "smooth". This top measures 30 and a half inch on the inside in length and the second layer falls at 32 1/2 . measures 24 inches from armpit to armpit no stains no odors no rips .
