CITY CHIC Black dress size small. There is lace on the shoulders. There is lace in the front. It has an empire waist. I would say this dress definitely fits more like a medium. It is lined. The address is 42 inches long and across the waist is approximately 18 inches. There is a zip up back. It has never been worn but I did take the tags off.
