It is pre-owned and in excellent condition. The plate is made of True Hard paste and high fired porcelain. It is hand crafted in Bavaria West Germany and is decorative only. This a plate for displaying beautifully. IT IS NOT FOOD SAFE. Approximately 8 inches in diameter. Has two holes at the top, making it ready for hanging. This charming plate features children frolicking in the snow. A scarf trimmed snowman sits amidst the fun. You'll notice their patient dog perched on the runner sled that holds an extra supply of snowballs. The colors are gorgeous shades of blue, greens, reds, and, of course, touches of black, white and gold including a gold dot border which is classic P. Buckley Moss.
