Comes with the original dustbag and box. Made in Italy. Size 39.5 I purchased these shoes from the Paris France boutique in 2014, so they're completely authentic. I've only worn them a handful of times. The outside has scuffs, and the leather is still very good. I used foam inserts on the inside heel, and after removing the inserts, it left marks. The rest of the inside is in great condition.
