misse707 @smitherslian hello, I wouldn't say it's in "rough" condition, but used yes from previous owner. I purchased but got pregnant so decided it wasn't going to be used by myself so I'm just trying to get back what I paid for it and I've already lowered it from what I've paid so I'm firm on my price.
