Lightweight semi sheer peasant top. Elastic smocking at neck. Ties have tassels. The tassels have a silver thread trim on them. Beautiful! Buttons on the sleeves. It is a Chico size one their conversion chart says that is a medium. Armpit to armpit 21” Length 27” #0021006
