CHICO'S BL NWT TANK.

This is an Absolutely Beautiful Dressy Tank Top. Feel in love with it when I found it. Plus it's new with Tags. I did not see the Issue with the lining around the neck when I pick this item up, please see photos... This top retails for 100.00. The issue with the pilling around the neck, I don't think is a major issue, And it's still a beautiful top, but I'm letting you know that there is pilling there.
