This CHI Hairstyling iron has not had much use. It works perfectly. I have the original box, packaging and instructions. It does not have CHI sample protection spray featured on the box. The corner of the box does have some damage from my puppy (she did not do this while the iron was in it but when it was empty). My daughter gave me a Barbie themed CHI iron for Mother's Day so I don't need this one now.
