Well made, nice quality soft & stylish scarf from CHELSEY. Red & gray with gray polka dots. The fabric is 100% silk, but it’s brushed cozy and soft like a wool scarf, not smooth, flat or shiny like traditional silk scarves. Excellent condition, clean, no flaws. Great quality. Approximate measurements: 12” wide x 34” long laid flat (68” around) so it’s
