CHELSEA & VIOLET DRESS SZ L

Light and airy fully lined floral dress with 3/4 three tier ruffle bell sleeve. The outer shell polyester fabric has a chiffon feel and the lining a polyester silk. Back zipper. There is a slight line in the fabric just below both shoulders that is barely visible. See photo five. Length 37", armpit - armpit 20". Very nice dress for all seasons.
