CHARLOTTE RUSSE Royal Peplum Dress

Super cute cobalt blue peplum dress from Charlotte Russe... worn only once! The polyester fabric has a 'waffle'-like texture. Sweetheart neckline has a black mesh V-cut center. Zippered back. The tag says Large, however I am 5'4" 125 lbs. and wear a size 2 or 4 and it fits me very snugly (see last photo). I would say Small is a more accurate size for this dress. Perhaps it was mislabeled? About 26" from neck line to hem. Like-new condition - no stains or snags. Thanks for looking!
