Beautiful blouse with a ruffle design around the neckline. This blouse is 100% cotton and is a bit fitted. It has taupe/tan colored roses all over. It measures about 16in armpit to armpit laying flat, and 24in from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem (also laying flat). It would look great with some black loafers and black slacks! You could even pair it with jeans or tan pants. :) Good for the office, school, or any business casual with a little flair. I ship quickly from a smoke free home! No cats, no cat hair.
