CHAPS Navy Blue Zip-Up Hooded Jacket

Gently used. Zip-up pocket inside. The drawstrings on the hood and waist cannot be pulled for tighter fit unfortunately; The elastic material is brittle and is breaking apart. There are some minor signs of wear throughout and light scuffs on the buttons. Still in good condition besides the previous noted items. May need a light cleaning. Refer to pictures. SOLD AS IS.
