CHANEL Vintage Suede Quilted Flap Bag

CHANEL Vintage Suede Quilted Flap Bag (cir. 1990) This vintage suede Chanel bag is quite the collector's item! Crafted in classic brown suede featuring whipstitched edges with 'CC' logo embroidery at front, finished with soft leather tassel and gold-plated hardware. Offering roomy interior and can fit a wallet, keys, phone, and other small items. It features a rich brown quilted suede with matching brown leather trim, an entwined leather and gold link shoulder strap, and a magnetic snap closure. The leather lined interior in very good condition with rear wall zip pocket (where authentication card and the opaque film cover sticker can be found). This bag can be worn as a crossbody or as a shoulder bag and it comes with an original dust bag and authenticity card. The authenticity code is 1543769. Further research indicates a production date between 1989 and 1991. Also included is a Chanel box I received when I purchased another purse but fits this one inside perfectly. Dimensions: 9" x 7" x 2.5" Condition: Light scratching on hardware, minor fading and moderate pilling throughout exterior suede. Very little sign of handling/wear of the purse on the interior leather but definitely does not look like it's 30+ years old. So classic.
