englewood9877 @randy499marie this is in good vintage condition. it is resin so can't rip or tear. inside of cuff is slightly discoloration from age

However I am in Florida and in the middle of a tropical storm with lots of rain and flooding so I can not drive to post office today. Hopefully be tomorrow the roads will be passable. We are told it is dangerous to be on the roads at this time. Fingers crossed it will pass tomorrow
