Exposed seams give it a streamlined look. It is fitted. There is a chain that runs around the hemline inside. Shoulder pads are stitched and easy to remove if you should want to. There are some worn spots, some that have been stitched to keep it from getting worse, but they are not noticeable and you really have to look for them to see them at all.
