CGII 1980s to 1990s Navy and White Stripped Dress

This is a wonderfully made CGII navy blue and white stripped dress. The belt does not come with the dress. There are shoulder pads. If you'd like me to remove them, please let me know, and I will. The shoulder pads, if removed, will be added to the package in case you'd like to add them back in the future. This dress fits more like a size 12, not the size 14 it says it is.
