prettythings_05 @glamourgurl7 hi there! hope youve been well! can you please help me out? this buyer states some store employees told her the shoes werent authentic. she emailed poshmark but didnt officially open up a case, however the order has been on hold. i paid legit grails to determine authenticity & they gave me a certificate of authenticity. the buyer still wont accept the order & poshmark has been unresponsive.

prettythings_05 @glamourgurl7 she states she’s waiting for them to send her a shipping label. i told her theyre guaranteed authentic so she should accept the purchase now. im not sure what to do at this point. the earnings are on hold, a case isnt officially opened, & nothing is being done. her request to return has not been approved & poshmark isnt emailing either of us back

glamourgurl7 @prettythings_05 I read her comments about having 2 companies “say” they are not authentic without providing any documentation of authentication, also I looked at the shoes and you can tell just by the pics serial that they are in fact authentic. I would email poshmark separately and title supervisor in the title and explain the situation.

prettythings_05 @glamourgurl7 thank you! i went ahead & emailed them separately like you said. im not sure how the funds are still being held with no official case being open. i pressed the option within the order to “escalate conversation to poshmark support” & received one response but then they didnt respond again. i’m not sure what’s going on with poshmark, but i’m also getting irritated that she won’t accept the purchase even though i sent her the authenticity certificate

prettythings_05 @glamourgurl7 it just seems like buyer remorse at this point & that has absolutely nothing to do with me & she should just accept the purchase & resell them if she really doesnt want them anymore.
