CDW black lace sleeveless tie front blouse

Lovely (somewhat stretchy) black blouse with glittery lace overlay and tie front. Perfect under a cardigan, suit jacket or New Years party! Purchased thrift but was a little tight on the bust for me so I am unsure of original pricing. Also everything comes from non-smoking home.
