Pre-loved blouse in good condition. Does have small snag on front side but not very noticeable, especially being black. I love the lace overlay on this and the sheer lace short sleeves. Empire like style, v-neck, crosses at middle of bust. Lace goes around both front & back. Bottom half is plain. Brand is CDW (Creative Design Works). Size Small. Has some stretch. Faded tag.
