CD Rush - 2112. Excellent condition. Comes from a smoke free home. The Rush album "2112" tells a story of a dystopian future in 2112, where a totalitarian regime, the Solar Federation, controls all aspects of life, including art and creativity. The story follows a protagonist who discovers a guitar and learns to play, but his actions are ultimately met with resistance and despair by the ruling Priests of the Temples of Syrinx. The song ends with an ambiguous statement, "Attention all planets of the Solar Federation: We have assumed control," leaving the listener to interpret whether the elder race has taken down the Solar Federation or if the Priests are now in complete control.
