Adorable shirt w beautiful colors Can be worn with or without belt. It is completely separate/detachable. Also a plus bc it can be worn at any part of shirt depending on height of wearer. Can also be worn as neck tie. Would need cami or shapewear underneath. Is sheer in certain lights. Oversized for a small in my opinion. 22.5” pit to pit 27” top to bottom
