Cato Woman skirt with elastic waist measures 19" flat & max 24". Max hips are 56", 36" long. Top sheer layer covers black stretchy bottom layer for modesty. Godet flouncy hem. 🔥Issues with the skirt are 2 areas of the godet which are a bit frayed & an area over the front left leg has a snag. Please see photos.
