CATO Midi Skirt Size 18/20W Lined Flouncy Hem, Elastic Waist. Great Condition, no rips or stains. Length is 38" inches from top of waistband to bottom of hem. Waist is 17 1/2" inches (not expanded) - flat, front. Sizing runs toward 18W. Close up fabric photo had flash on. Purple color is bit more muted.
