CAT AND JACK GIRLS PARTY DRESS

Reposhing this item I purchased from @juliebtheule. It does still have the tags on it, but it was very obviously altered prior to my purchase, and will not close in the back unless the buttons are re-sewn to their original positions. I’m not a seamstress, so I’m not up for the task. Questions? Leave a comment below!
