CARBON FIBER FULL SHOE SEMI-RIGID INSERT WOMEN'S SIZE 8

Carbon fiber insert. Sold as a single piece, not a pair! Semi-rigid (minimal stiffening, flexible). Distributes pressure evenly across the foot to help with soreness/recovery from injuries to the toe/foot/ankle (e.g., plantar fasciitis, poor arch support, toe joint paint, bunions, etc). To use, place under the removable shoe insole or under an orthotic. If between sizes, round down to a smaller size. I'm typically an 8.5 in women's running shoes, but used an 8 for this insert. I used for rehab in high school running, but thankfully, I've been injury free for a while and don't need this insert anymore!
